Where our vans actually work

We are based in Lewes, which sits roughly in the middle of East Sussex and within easy reach of the coast, the A27 and the A23. That location decides everything about our coverage: the towns along those routes get the fastest response, and the further a property sits from them, the more honest we have to be about timings.

Rather than claim the whole of the south east, here is how coverage genuinely works:

• Core emergency patch. Lewes and the towns within about half an hour of it. This is where our 60 minute target for a total loss of power applies. TO CONFIRM.
• Wider emergency coverage. The rest of East and West Sussex, attended out of hours with a realistic window given on the phone, usually up to around two hours. TO CONFIRM.
• Planned appointments. EICRs, board upgrades and rewires are booked anywhere in Sussex, because the timing is arranged rather than urgent.

If you are on the edge of that area, call and ask. We would rather tell you honestly that someone else will be quicker than take a job we cannot reach in time.
