About us
A Sussex electrical contractor built around emergency work, testing and certification.

What we are set up to do
Power Pros exists for the calls that come at the wrong time. A fuse board that will not stay on. A socket that smells like it is cooking. A rented flat with a tenancy starting Monday and an unsatisfactory report in the file.
That shapes how we work. Vans carry the protective devices and accessories that fix most faults on the first visit. Every electrician has calibrated test equipment, and no repair leaves site without being retested and written up.
We are equally happy doing the unglamorous planned work: EICRs, board upgrades, additional circuits and rewires. It is the same trade, done in daylight.

How we work
Answered by a person
The emergency line is not a voicemail box. You speak to someone who can tell you what to switch off while you wait.
Tested, not guessed
Faults are proved with instruments before anything is replaced. It is faster, cheaper and it stays fixed.
Part P registered
Notifiable domestic work is registered and certified. You get the paperwork, not a promise of it.
Priced before we start
The call-out rate and the likely repair cost are agreed on the phone. Nothing goes ahead until you say so.
Clean, and out of your way
Dust sheets, boots off, and the mess cleared before we leave. It should not be remarkable, but people mention it.
Honest about urgency
If a job can wait until morning at a lower rate, we say so. Selling an unnecessary midnight call-out is a bad way to keep customers.
Qualifications and registration
All work is carried out to BS 7671, the 18th Edition of the wiring regulations. Domestic notifiable work is registered under Part P of the Building Regulations, so you receive the compliance certificate along with the electrical certificate.
TO CONFIRM: add your scheme registration number, public liability insurance level, and any additional qualifications you want listed here before the site goes live.
Company details. TO CONFIRM: registered company name, company number, registered address and VAT number. These belong in the footer and on every invoice.
